Scene Study: Intermediate Scene Study

In this continuation to our beginning acting class, students will further their study of acting technique and character development through scene work while continuing to develop and hone the actors tools. Explore strong character choices, taking risks in a scene, and creating dynamic relationships between characters. Outside work is required for this class. This class culminates in a performance of works in progress for family and friends on the final day of the session.

Andresia Moseley's BIO:

Andresia Moseley is a professional actress and theatre practitioner with 20+ years ofexperience. She has received praise for performances in Twilight: Los Angeles 1992, AmericanSon, and Doubt: A Parable, earning accolades from Broadway World, American TheatreMagazine, and The Wall Street Journal. Currently on an international tour with Yankee Bajan,Moseley is a former artist-in-residence at Arizona State University Gammage and served as VPof Theater Tampa Bay. Other select productions include: The Color Purple, Crowns, The Gifted,POTUS, Nollywood Dream, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When theRainbow is Enuf and the upcoming production of America Stages Fat Ham Known for hercoaching, she brings out powerful, authentic performances in actors of all levels. She is excitedto join the team of America Stage.
